Celebrating America’s 250th!

Join us for lunch and hear from Maestro Danny Stewart (and surprise guests) about this concert of music that celebrates America’s history — and its music! Selections include pieces by Charles Ives, George Gershwin, Florence Price, Samuel Barber, Aaron Copland, Leonard Bernstein and more.

This lunch includes a glass of wine and dessert, plus your choice of one of these options:

  • Baja Fish Tacos
    • Beer battered halibut, cabbage, chipotle aioli, topped with avocado, cilantro
  • Chile Verde Plate
    • Pork chile verde wrapped in corn tortillas with queso Oaxaca, smothered in chile verde, topped with cilantro, served with Spanish rice and refried beans
  • Garden Salad with Blackened Shrimp:
    • Mixed greens with avocado, cucumber, pico de gallo, queso fresco, and house made tortilla strips dressed with creamy lime dressing and topped with blackened shrimp
