Join us for one of the annual highlights of the Symphony League’s season. There is no cost for this gathering and all members AND friends of the League are welcome to join us.
We gather on Saturday, June 24, 1:00 to enjoy a gracious luncheon. Then we celebrate all that we have done, honor the many volunteers that have made this year such a success, install our officers for the 2023-24 season and (drumroll!) unveil our annual contribution to our wonderful Santa Cruz Symphony.

Our Derby Day is completely sold out. Thanks to almost 100 supporters who will join us to have fun and raise money for the Symphony.

Be sure to join us for the Preview of the fifth concert of our season. This is a concert we wait all season to enjoy. Joining the wonderful Santa Cruz Symphony Orchestra will be the Cabrillo Symphonic Chorus which is directed by Cheryl Anderson. This is also a wonderful time to socialize with other lovers of classical music at the gracious home of Mary Ann Orr. That is always a special treat. The program for the concert is:

Our luncheon will be catered by Mary Ann Orr and Anne Hayden prior to the presentation by our Maestro. This is a wonderful opportunity with Daniel Stewart, as he takes the time to share something of his musical choices for the January 28 & 29 Concerts. This will be our introduction to Gabriella Smith’s Tumblebird Contrails and Maurice Ravel’s Le Tombeau de Couperin. We will also have the opportunity to meet Hakan Ali Toker for the world premiere of his Piano Concerto.
Due to illness the Board has reluctantly decided to postpone the Home Tour. Look for news of a Home Tour, possibly in the spring.
A chance to do some holiday shopping. A wonderful array of art, gift baskets, holiday decor, jams, jewelry, knits and so much more. Proceeds will benefit the Santa Cruz Symphony and support music education in school throughout Santa Cruz County.
