Mike Ryan, Artistic Director at Shakespeare Santa Cruz, and Danny Stewart, Music Director of the Santa Cruz Symphony, will delight us with a discussion of classical music as it has been used in movies and on stage. Included in the discussion will be "St. Crispin’s Day/The Battle of Agincourt” from Kenneth Brannagh’s film, Henry V (click on the YouTube video below for a listen). We will also hear about music by Tchaikovsky, Verdi, Bernstein and others.
